SMOKEWORKS gift vouchers make smokin’ hot presents for birthdays, christmas or even just an extra smokey treat for yourself! we email the voucher to you so you can easily forward it to the recipient or print it out and present it to them in person. no name is printed on the vouchers, so they can be gifted to any recipient once purchased
the voucher should arrive in your inbox within a few minutes. if it hasn’t arrived after 24 hours please check your spam/junk folder. if you have any issues please email us – info@smokeworks.co.uk and we will be happy to help
vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date and time of purchase. simply present the voucher at either of our locations in CAMBRIDGE [SMOKEWORKS FREE SCHOOL LANE or SLINGERS STATION ROAD] to redeem them
please note the following terms and conditions:
1) our gift vouchers can be exchanged for food, drink or darts purchased at either SMOKEWORKS restaurant or SLINGERS bar & kitchen
2) to redeem the voucher you will be required to produce this voucher either on your phone or as a printed copy, the “issue number” and QR code must be clearly visible. vouchers can not be redeemed via phonecall, online or through a 3rd party delivery app
3) gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash and no change can be given
4) gift vouchers must be used up to and including the “valid until” date
5) the full sum of a gift voucher must be used in a single transaction. if the transaction amount is less than the voucher amount then regrettably the difference cannot be carried over onto future transactions. and yes, you can use multiple vouchers at one time!
